Queen Victoria's portrait was unavailable, and there were no fireworks, and there was GOAT MEAT (very tasty I understand) in the buffet, but other than that the wedding ceremony and reception were perfect.

The florist (thank you Clara!) did a beautiful job. There were flowers floating in the pool and huge bouquets artfully positioned around the house. The cake was delicious.

The musicians played all my favorite songs. The guests were gracious and appeared to be having as much fun as Stu and I were.

Thank you everyone for a memorable experience! Glenda and Ed for being gracious hosts and letting us take over your house, Ed for organizing the music, Lorena for organizing the civil ceremony, Clara and Lorena for the flower and candle arrangements, Rudolfo for being the best bartender ever, J.R. and others at Casa Vieja for the (muy sabrosa) food, Steve and Ralph and Jimi and Ed and Rudolfo for the music (yes our bartender is also a musician!), Nancy for helping me with last minute panics and cake ordering, Pasteleria Boquita for a delicious cake,Vinoteca for the wine and champagne.

And a special thanks to Matt for traveling all the way from Seattle to help his dad with last minute details (and heavy lifting!).
We are very lucky to have such wonderful friends and family, thank you all! Photos (not really organized yet) can be seen here:
